5 stars for the stretch therapy 0 stars for the massage PROS: Clean, quiet & comfortable facility. Calm, mellow vibe with soft 90s/2000s R&B in the background. Bathrooms are beautifully decorated & pristine. Clients offered red or white wine at check-in (glasses instead of plastic cups would be a nice touch). The masseur, Juan is amazing, but couldnt give them 5 stars because of the receptionist. For the service and ambiance that are trying to emulate, they need to get someone more sophisticated and skilled in the art of customer service.
