Heartfelt Companion Services promotes independence and choice and will always advocate for our client. We also love to spend time with seniors living in long-term care to offer a sense of purpose and belonging as we get them outdoors and into the community. My family has had the privilege of benefiting from the compassionate services of The Heartfelt Companion over the past year. They have helped fill a void in my grandmothers life that I’d never anticipated. Leanne and Darlene have gone from a professional service that would visit weekly bringing warmth and conversation, to becoming an integral part of my grandmothers life, helping to remedy the loneliness left by my grandfathers passing in 2023. I'd like to start by saying how fortunate we are to have this wonderful service called 'Heartfelt Companions' here in Invermere ! When I moved my mom into LTC I hoped to find a service like this as I am her sole caregiver and do not live nearby. I remember how thrilled I was when Leanne told me that she could accommodate my mom almost immediately ! That magical, one on one, uninterrupted visit was the highlight of my mother's day ! It is difficult to put into words the service the "HC" provides so let me just this. If you need help, ask for it. And if you are looking for help know that you can trust theirs. Leanne and her team are extraordinary. We are grateful for the time, care, and humanity they showed to our family. Rarely do the names of organizations authentically represent who they are, what they do, and why they exist. This is an exception.
Leanne and her team have been a great help with Dad residing in Columbia House and none of us living nearby. From collaborating on getting Dad to the dentist and hearing clinic to getting him out for walks, social visits and timely response to requests for assistance we could not have hoped for a more caring and collaborative partnership.
We continue to be so grateful to Leanne and the Heartfelt Companion team! They are instrumental in providing extra care for my Dad and really go above and beyond 🥰🥰🥰. Words cannot express the immense appreciation we have for the service they provide!!
