Excellent, caring staff. Dedicated to helping people with hearing loss, often at no cost.
I had a minor hearing aid emergency when the rubber dome of the receiver got stuck inside my ear. I was passing through Roanoke and called the center for help. They took me immediately in spite of their busy schedule. Chris took care of my issue immediately. Chris and the staff were very nice and helpful. They went over and above their duties to help me with my problem. I highly recommend the Hearing Center at HRCI.
I went there today to get my hearing tested. The gentleman asked me over and over same questions and I answered over and over. He spoke loud so hearing him was not an issue. The repetition of the same questions was so very annoying. I left before I got any testing done. It was extremely frustrating.
This place is great. Free testing, you can buy your batteries here, have your hearing aids maintained such as cleaning and replacing parts. Everyone is super friendly.
