I purchased hearing aides in August of 2024 from James. Twice in September, I was told the 30 day return policy would be waived, but to keep trying them. I had another appointment scheduled in October, which Hearing Center cancelled. And on November 6th, I was told I couldn’t return the hearing aides because he had sold his business. However a few days later we received a flyer in the mail for his business that is currently still open and operating.
My mother, Joanne Quinn, had a bad experience with this vendor. She was promised a complete refund if not satisfied, but James kept stringing her along with “tweaks” until he tells her he sold the business and cannot refund her money. Be careful!
Getting old isn’t easy and comes with a lot of negatives but The Hearing Center was able to take one of the age related negatives away. My hearing has never been better and I love controlling what I hear via my phone. Thank you very much James for your professional handling my problem.
James Kocher, is very professional, patient and kind. I could not afford the hearing aids I wanted and he fixed me up with a great financial plan with no interest! I love my hearing aids, I can hear people even with their masks on😷☺️. Thank you!
