Didn’t order my hearing aide replacement till two weeks after I called to order it. This is horrible. Affects mental health and day to day functioning . I’ve been a patient for 30 years and this is horrible service
Girlfriend received an implant. Waiting on a hearing aid. Every time we talk to them, we get a different answer. At this point, we won't get hearing aid for another two months. We all but begged to get hearing aid before surgery. Now, implant will be turned on for a month before receiving HA. AND we continuously have to drive down from Goshen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't trust these people AT ALL!!! Edit: Finally got hearing aid. Almost immediately, they dropped our insurance. It's been more than 6 mon... read more
I have been seeing the hearing center since September of 2023. DuPont center is awesome! I got hearing aids and they have been fantastic.
