Best experience ive had! Very understanding and works with what you really can or cant hear!! They way he instantly knew i depended on lip reading and he knew exactly how to speak to me and what tone to use so I could understand him without having my son be my interpreter!! He didnt make me feel dumb or bully me for not hearing the words I was supposed to. He adjusted as needed and really helped so I wasnt overwhelmed by the loud world we live in. Im so very thankful for this experience and help with my hearing. Thank you!!!
