I walked in from out of town with my hearing aid charger that wasn’t working to see if they could help in someway. They did, Ruby charged my hearing aids and asked if I’d like her to send in my charger on warranty. In less than a week I had my charger back.
Was pleased with the service. Good friendly staff got me set up with my hearing aid and good to go. Would recommend to anyone looking into a hearing aid or needing a hearing test
