The man running this facility is unfamiliar with his products. I knew more about the hearing aids than him. He was incorrect on both features and pricing. He said that I would have to upgrade my Android phone to an iPhone because only an iPhone had Bluetooth capabilities to interact with the hearing aids. I am profoundly hearing impaired. He had a very heavy accent and tended to mumble when he didn't know the answer to some of my questions. That made it impossible to understand.
