I didn't see a Dr because it was on an off day, but, when I called, Misty, at the front desk, said I could bring the hearing aids in and she'd be happy to look at them and clean them. I watched her with some other clients and she was amazing. She couldn't be nicer. She treats everyone like family. Not only was her customer service way above average but her knowledge of the products there was incredible!
I brought my Mother to switch from True Hearing. The consultation was much more thorough and Bobbie was fantastic with patience with my Mother and explaining her hearing loss as well as her recommendation. I highly recommend not only the hearing aid but the office as well. Excellent service and professionalism.
