Just went to get an X-ray done and when I walked up to the desk to ask if they were still taking people, the woman acted quite irritated. I actually asked if she was okay because she seemed mad and annoyed. Then when I finally went back, the technician also seemed annoyed. Neither of them smiled once. Not a pleasant experience at all. When dealing with the public, customer server really needs to be better.
This was previously my preferred service center but I've just had my second terrible experience and I'm done. I was treated with the warmth of a solicitor who showed up at a private residence. When I expressed a desire for more courtesy I was responded to with sarcastic mocking. My prior poor experience, in a different department, was both with reception and during a service and is too unsavory to write publicly. This is completely unacceptable. What happened to this place? Looks like a science fiction movie. Desolate and abandoned. Most departments are closed down, with no one at the sign in desks. Once pleasant decor and sitting areas were attractive, but now in need of repair. Almost "creepy" and strangely quiet. Any humans roaming around are distant and irritable. Not a place for health care services
Was nice. Now it’s a ghost town. The koi pond has no fish or water. Offices are closed. Can’t see it staying open much longer.
What is going on with the scheduling department??? I called several times, was waiting for 35 minutes. Then, someone picked up , told me” we can not hear you” and hung up right away. Impossible to schedule appointments. It call’s negligence. This problem must be solved!
