I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I had scheduled an appointment with this doctor online and didn't write the time down. called the day before to make sure I had the correct information so I would be on time. I assumed it was one of her staff that answered the phone, no it was the Doctor. All the while she was addressing me, she was conversating with other people in the office. The coolest Dr. I’ve ever had and I don’t even do doctors and hospital unless it’s a dieing emergency . But I have to admit The Health & Wellness Center is the best place I could have chosen , to start my weight loss journey. I love everything about this visit. It was my first visit you walk in the ambience is beautiful. The staff is so Friendly. The doctor is so laid-back and makes the process so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and get to know you. I’m glad I was recommended her and I will be coming back to the health and wellness center
I felt like I could not talk to the provider hardly to explain my issues due to her charting/dictating in the room with you. Also acted unprofessional at times especially when answering a personal phone call while drawing labs.
