I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I booked an appointment in a social event where they had a booth. When I get there for my appointment, they said my name is not in the list. They didn't even apologize. I had to leave my work early because the latest time they offer on the weekdays is 6pm.
I going already for almost 2 years is fantastic. Last couple times I was attended by Lily she was amazing she has magic hands. My lower back problems disappear. I looking forward to see you again thank you so much Lily
Came here recently for skin tag removal, and the nurse Ahnah (Anna) was amazing. She did her job professionally and was very welcoming and friendly. It was my first time doing things like that, and she made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend everyone to visit her!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that I was not informed about the change in location. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
