I highly recommend Dr. Lauren. Dry needling…I was apprehensive at first but had tried to rehab my injured shoulder many other ways on my own and over a lengthy period of time, but to no success, so I decided to give it a shot. Dr. Lauren has rehabilitated my shoulder better than pre-injury. This was my first experience with physical therapy. Dr. Kaderka is awesome to work with. I had some knee and shoulder pain. Knee felt great after the first session. The shoulder was a bit more stubborn but after a few sessions and some good homework exercises, it's also on its way to recovery. Highly recommend!
