My experience at Health First Group Mississauga has been excellent and so helpful in healing a badly sprained wrist. Hina Shaikh the Director and Physiotherapist was welcoming and gentle during my first visit when examining and then offering with clear explanations what treatments were available. The first treatment session helped reduced the pain and gave me comfort knowing that each followup session would be pleasant and progressive in the healing process. The Staff is friendly, professional and courteous.

Best Physio Clinic in Mississauga! I can’t recommend Health First Group enough. They’re not only incredibly professional but also genuinely kind, making every visit feel comfortable and stress-free.
