Update: This company outright Lies about peoples character, they are claiming I threatened Bodily harm to their coaches and that they sent me a month of food, ALL LIES. Program is awful, fiancé gained weight and I fight with hypoglycemic rage every day and its been nearly 2 months of a near permanent headache, I am shaky all the time, and given I don't care for or cant eat much of what is recommended I basically fell into ketosis (which is the only reason I lost any weight).
