Jen has helped me with reducing muscle tightness in my back, shoulders and legs with cupping, acupuncture and MPS depending on what I have going on at the time and has also helped me reduce anxiety with acupuncture. Jen has also taught me breathing techniques to help reduce stress and always gives me stretching recommendations for between appointments. I always feel like I’m taken care of at The Healing Well and I’m glad that she’s not far from Saint Cloud in Lake Nona!
I have benefited from the acupuncture treatments I've received from Dr. Jen and am pleased with the personalized care she provides. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. The calming music, subdued light and essential oils contribute to a healing session. I look forward to each appointment and recommend Dr. Jen and The Healing Well.

The Healing Well is a true blessing!!! Thanks to Dr. Jen and acupuncture I have been able to stop prescription medications for anxiety. Acupuncture combined with specific herbs has been nothing short of miraculous, as I've taken anxiety meds for 17 years. I also struggle with insomnia, and again accupuncture and herbs have helped tremendously. I cannot thank Dr Jen enough for all she has done for me. She is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Blessed to have found her!!
