A beautiful space that is a leader within the healing and wellness community!!!! The owners are kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming to wherever you are at in your healing journey.
The place is absolutely beautiful, feels like home! Love all the facilitators and amazing owners! You can't find another healing space like it!
I did a mind body reset class a few months back. It was definitely a cool, unique experience to ground yourself and decompress however your body allows you to do so. My favorite was the sound bath. I would love to be back the next time I’m in the Tempe area. When you folks expand (which is not a matter of if but when-because I know something this radical and revolutionary is bound to explode and take off) please consider a location out in the west valley!
This is the best facility for all holistic and healing services. The practitioners are all professionals and you get a variety of classes or services to choose from. Their prices are also very reasonable and affordable. My favorite part about this business is that it is family owned and operated. So you know the business is well taken care of and it gives you the best customer service experience in the valley.
I have been to several Morning Hatha classes and I love how I feel after each class! Lexi has such a soothing voice and her flow is very easy to follow. I've had such a positive experience thus far and will continue to participate! I highly recommend this class!
