I took a Sound Bath class here tonight for the first time and could not have been happier with the experience! The space is very calming and relaxing. The instructor was so genuine and engaging, explaining the process and guiding us through the experience. For that class, they offered mats, blankets and pillows or you could bring your own. The other class participants were so welcoming, and that made the experience even better. I very much enjoyed it, will definitely return and highly recommend it.
I recently took a sound bath class that provided a safe, calming space where I could fully relax while gently processing trapped emotions. The breathwork guided me into a deep stillness, allowing my body and mind to settle in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Even while working through some heavy emotional layers, the sound vibrations seemed to lift and realign my energy.
