I would highly recommend starting with the foot detox, giving it at least 3 to 4xs - followed by nutrition, with the understanding that the needs will change periodically as your body changes. You will feel better with time and have more energy.
I would recommend the massage it is great and I also got my hair colored and cut very professional great place definitely will go back!
My neck and shoulders are usually reallllly bad from too much time on my computer, and I always leave one of my massages with Tiffany feeling 1000% better. I can't recommend Tiffany & The Healing touch enough!
