Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese spa experience. The Ganbanyoku felt even better than I thought it would, it's like a hot spring and sauna in one. The staff are very kind, it's super clean and there's so many small touches to make your visit feel special. I went with a friend and our massage started 5 minutes apart because they had one shower. First experience finding this amazing place.. head spa, massage & facial the best experience ( outside of Japan). Beautifully serene, amazing fragrance from the oils ( I nearly fell asleep is was so wonderful). Big thankyou to the lovely women. Arigato - we will be back
I was 10 minutes late because I was trying to find parking. However, my massage was shortened to only 40 minutes, and my mum only received a shoulder and head massage instead of the full body massage that was booked. Despite this, we were still charged the full price of $335, which was very disappointing.

I had a relaxing massage followed by a Ganbanyoku session that left me feeling completely rejuvenated and detoxed. Suggest drinking loads of water after the Ganbanyoku!
