Kate is absolutely amazing. She is like no other counselor or hypnotherapist I have worked with. She is always there for you when you need her and will never give up on you. She is always just a call away. Her calm presence is so inspiring and her advice is absolutely incredible. I have learned so many valuable tools from Kate since seeing her. I have been working with Kate for about two years now and I wouldn’t change a thing. I would highly recommend Kate if you are someone struggling with panic attacks or anxiety!
Kate is absolutely amazing. Her willingness to sit down and listen to you, whenever you need really shows how dedicated she is to the work she does. Which makes all the difference in the world. Talked with Kate prior to getting a package of sessions. The therapy was somewhat helpful. Was initially told that 3 sessions was her best guess on the therapy needed. At the third session she pushed for more sessions, saying that she had initially said it was going to take 3 to 7 sessions.
