I’ve been coming to The Healing Loft for over a year now, and it has truly become a sanctuary for me. The space is beautifully designed for reiki, yoga, and a variety of other courses that cater to personal growth and well-being. Anne-Marie is an incredibly warm and talented teacher who creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. If you’re looking to explore reiki, yoga, or similar practices, I highly recommend The Healing Loft!

I feel so calm and soothed as soon as I step inside this studio :) Lots of great classes and instructors, but I have been loving Sarah's Vinyassa Flow on Tuesdays. The perfect balance between challenge and relaxation - I always leave feeling relaxed and peaceful. Thank you!
