Attended Carol’s Yin class and really enjoyed myself :) very relaxing and restorative
I love practicing at The Healing Loft. The yin yoga and vinyasa flow classes give me space to be myself, to quiet my mind, and to move with intention. Every session feels welcoming and caring, and I always leave feeling lighter and more grounded. Truly a beautiful space to practice.
This is my happy place. I've been coming here for many years and as soon as I walk in the door, I immediately begin to relax, leave stress behind and feel so much lighter.
