I’ve used Pat for several years and he always does a remarkable job. He’s always a phone call away and answers all questions in a timely manner. He’s very thorough and compassionate about what he does. He’s very understanding and knowledgeable about case law. If you need a good attorney go see Pat. Go in as a client and leave with a friend at the end.
Secured Mr Hays for a custodian case. Paid him 2500 retainer, way too much for this type of service. He doesn’t return phone calls, emails nor did he offer updates on the case because there were none. He didn’t subpoena anyone, drs, DHS, mental health clinic or talk to any family members familiar with circumstances. I spent an additional 2000 to be there for court and I had to seek him out to know what court room. He made have been a good lawyer 5 years ago but not anymore.
