This company is terrible. Bought a dehumidifier for 1600 that was faulty and called them for replacement. They sent me to United hydro in la which told me they would give me a new one from hawthrone. Came back 2 weeks later and they rolled out the same broken one. I wrote hawthrone emails and never even responded. Shame on you guys. Your a disgrace to this industry.
Terrible service. As soon as you place an order, they forget you exist. No support what so ever. They all lie to get the sale.
Owner of the Hydro store here. This is the worst company ever. Shanna riser does'nt do her job. They are overwhelmed with to many accounts. Rene will HANG up on you if you call and complain about anything. Don't ask for any samples or any brochures for your customers you will get nothing but torn products, ripped boxes and a bunch of damaged goods! Horrible company I give them negative 5 stars!
