The staff is very caring. Always willing to assist. Daily activities for residents is so nice to keep them be a part of a communiy.
Thank you for the condolences and beautiful flower arrangement at my mother’s viewing. It is much appreciated. But even more, my siblings and I want to sincerely thank everyone at The Haven for the excellent, compassionate care given to my mother while she was a resident there. It was a difficult time for my mother in her life – and for all of us – but the people at The Haven gave us a level of comfort in knowing the kind of quality care that she was getting. Thank you all so much for taking care of my mother that way.
We absolutely love the Haven. It is the best memory care facility in which we have had our mother living. She was at previous facility and that was a terrible experience. The staff retention at The Haven is high, and they are all attentive and seem to enjoy their jobs, and really care about the residents. We are very thankful.
All of the staff here goes the extra mile in the excellent care given to my parents. Your dedication and patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
The holiday dinner was spectacular!decorations,food, entertainment. The employees really make it a special place.
