I provided my contact information and received a callback from a woman that said they would call me back after they "staffed" my information. Almost 2 weeks later, I have not received a callback. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Terrible. I guess because I am not coming from jail or homeless makes me less of a priority. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Please help me understand why Is it that your program is to help women but 7 minutes phone call ? From 8,12,4,6and 8 7 minutes say someone wanted to leave cause how this program is neglecting them quarantine for five days gets told they can get out Saturday today then get told they gotta wait till Wednesday, but it’s showing no symptoms of Covid and you guys have rapid Covid testing help me understand how that is not pretty much impressing somebody in a and saying they might have something knowing you can test for it but neg... read more

Sadly the Haven did not meet our expectations for care during rehabilitation of our 95 year old mother after a fall. Unfortunately she was placed in a room with a roommate who continually disrupted Mom's sleep. There were a few bright stops with employees who showed concern and care, but the facility is dirty and employee ratio is poor, at times it takes up to 30 min to get a CNA.

What kind of treatment facility has their patients doing manual labor? My mom just left there because YOUR staff wanted her to clean outside in this heat! I’m sorry but don’t you guys make enough from insurance claims to pay for housekeeping and groundskeepers too? Unbelievable. They are there to get well and not to work for free.
