After the initial consultation, communication completely dropped off. Multiple attempts to follow up went unanswered. Legal representation requires responsiveness, and that was lacking here. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I have suffered a traumatic brain injury, so I speak slowly. Ms. Cynthia Hatchett was so respectful during our meetings. She was patient and very professional. I was nervous to speak with someone so intelligent, but Ms. Hatchett treated me with respect. She never took my delay in responding as a sign of low intellectual ability. Additionally, she and her team worked fast to get my affairs in order. I have nothing but high praise for the Hatchett Law Firm. They have been a tremendous asset to our family.

Fantastic law firm! The Hatchett Law Firm managed to make a stressful situation peaceful. The whole process was smooth, transparent, efficient, and professional.
