My experience with The Hat Pros was great. Received my order quickly and it was of great quality. I would recommend The Hat Pros to everyone.
The hats are good quality hats, but if you are trying to run a hat business I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here what so ever. Each order was taking up to 2-3 weeks to arrive which is hard to work with when you are receiving multiple orders. I did have some orders that came same week but granted I was still waiting on 2 - 3 orders that I placed before that one. Customer service is also no help, I ordered about 17 hats on 1/13 and they are still no where to be found. Each time I reach out to customer service they just advi... read more
