A++++ all around with great customer service!
Reached out to see of this office would take on our case; left detailed info with receptionist who in formed me I'd hear back either way. After 24hrs with no response, I call and I'm told that yes, an attorney reviewed our information but they're unable to help us. Completely understandable but how unprofessional that they couldn't be bothered to email or call and let me know. I'd expect a bit more courtesy especially considering the time sensitive nature of malpractice cases.
Tommy is one of the best court room lawyers in America. He is honest, caring, and does everything ethically possible to get Justice for his clients. I highly recommend him.
