Unfortunately I can't give Zero stars because that's what they deserve. My mother banked there for years and had $2300 stolen out of her account due to fraudulent transfers. The hacker had obtained her username and password, and made 2 separate withdrawals. She called the bank to notify them that the transactions that were posted and still PENDING, were not approved by her. After altering them, the transactions went through anyway and now they are "powerless" to get her money back. Do with this info what you will.
First bank I ever joined out of highschool. Had a check for work deposit and cleared only for it to be reversed and drawn back out, days later, due to a teller error. Was never notified and only found out when my card declined. Was given the run around and threatened with fees due to their error. Abysmal communication and negative outcomes are kind of the norm here. Had to beg them not to pile on fees due to *their* error. Join a real bank in the area you don’t gotta deal with this
