So just recently I had to visit the Harvard state bank to cash a check, it was about ten minutes before close so I was worried I wouldn't make it, that's when I had the privilege of having pat as my teller, she was extremely friendly and she really brightened up my day, she was quick and kind....what more could you ask for , in conclusion I was so impressed with her ability and customer service skills that I'm gonna recommend this bank to all my friends and family
