Very disappointing, unfortunately. We booked an overnight stay on Sunday but no spa treatments available so I booked for Monday before heading home. The receptionist eventually booked me in after I explained several times that the website wasn't accepting the booking. Appt was a straightforward gel pedicure. One of the worst pedicures I've had, the whole treatment was a bit half hearted compared to what you get elsewhere, and then the gel application was a mess. We had a great experience in the spa. The pool was a lovely temperature and the sauna and steam room were great. Everything was very clean. The outdoor hot tub was great too. We also had treatments with Katie and Izzy. Which were lovely!
Massive shout out to the assistant manager in the spa. There was a error on our party of 7 booking (wrong date) but this amazing lady came over and sorted everything out for us. The staff are 10/10 the pool was lovely and warm, the area around it is very wet so definitely use the footwear provided (flip flops) we booked the mud treatment and omg it was absolutely amazing. Had a great experience here today! Booked a half spa day for the afternoon with a 50 minute treatment and light vegan lunch. Charlie on the front desk was so friendly and helpful, excellent customer service from him. The pool (water and room temperature) were both really nice and warm, area was clean and not over crowded. I did not try the hot tub or steam room (not my thing) but solarium was lovely and hot and clean with a nice fragrance.
