A month later, still waiting for reimbursement. Sent an e-mail, no response. Ready to make another purchase, that I’ll have to submit a receipt for reimbursement, they’ll owe my husband HIS $600. The Union should get rid of this “benefit” or find an administrator that can do the job timely.
This company is the epitome of irresponsibility. Despite raking in money from customers, they can’t be bothered to provide even the most basic level of service. No customer support on weekends? Are you serious? Have they ever considered that people need access to their own money outside of Monday–Friday, 9–5? Shady business. Would not recommend
Website login is a joke. I've never been able to login twice without resetting my password. Of which I have to call every time to reset , due to the forgot password on the site not working.
It seems people tend to leave reviews mainly after bad experiences, which can happen sometimes. However, they often don't take the time to leave a review after a positive experience. As a result, THG's overall rating doesn't accurately reflect the excellent service they provide. I work in insurance and have recommended THG to many of my clients because the service we've received over the years surpasses what other FSA vendors offer.
