This company's sole purpose is to be a middle man between you and your money and unfortunately... THEY SUCK AT IT. Their outdated website barely works, their "customer service" is inadequate at best, and if you try to call to with a question you'll get three different answers. Honestly, it seems to me that the management either doesn't know how to onboard their employees (since they seem to go through so many) OR management is just stupid. Would love to go with someone different but since my company uses them I'm stuck.
A month later, still waiting for reimbursement. Sent an e-mail, no response. Ready to make another purchase, that I’ll have to submit a receipt for reimbursement, they’ll owe my husband HIS $600. The Union should get rid of this “benefit” or find an administrator that can do the job timely.
