Stylist did a poor job on my hair. It came out with orange pieces and was not able to achieve what i wanted. There are patches of hair she did not even get. Feeling very disappointed and what a waste of money. I wanted to update my opinion and customer satisfaction with the Salon. Although, the hairstylist Kelly, who originally did my hair never responded to my text or even apologize for messing up my hair. The owner was amazing.. I’ve been seeing Jes for about 10 years. I am always amazed by her artistry and always leave satisfied. Never once have I been disappointed! Not only do I have a pleasant hair experience, I also have a great personal experience. These ladies are all very kind and have a positive attitude. Not to mention the building is beautiful! Ps: my 6 year old daughter also gets her hair done here and always has a great time.
