You will buy Hardwood at the Hardwood Outlet at your own risk. My experience has been terrible. First I purchased approx $6000 of engineered Wellmade Bamboo flooring. When it was installed, it had a dirty film over it and big patches of goop. When I complained, David, the owner came out and pronounced it a manufactures problem and promised someone would be out to look at it. Never happened.
