The boba tea is just milk and tapioca pearls with a higher price tag
The food and drinks here are consistently amazing! I’m obsessed with the Cali Bird sandwich and the vanilla lattes so good. The crepes are absolutely next level. The staff is always kind and attentive, with a special shoutout to Flor for her exceptional service and welcoming attitude. She really makes every visit a great one 😃
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The sandwiches are really good though, I would recommend those. But for Boba Tea, I rather drive 20 mins into Elk grove to get tea that has flavor. I asked for a simple Jasmine Milk tea, its a recipe that every boba shop should know how to make, yet when asked, they responded "Just jasmine and milk?". The tea was flavorless and had no tea extraction at all, tasted just like milk. If a shop can't get a simple recipe down, I don't trust it.
Really disappointed. I never go and leave negative reviews however, this time I am beyond frustrated. I came in at 3:55pm there was only one customer who ordered ahead of me. It appeared that they are under staffed as they only had 1 girl working. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins to make matters worse there AC is clearly out. Which I understand however, after sitting there for 45min and seeing 3 customers who came after me get their drinks within minutes of ordering I questioned how much longer it would take for my drink.
