Very easy and quick to schedule appointment at last moment. Very personable. Felt great.
Joy was a pure joy! She spent time with me, my twin sister, and our soon-to-be 103-year-old mom explaining what she does and some of her life. She came out on a Sunday when I was in such dire need. I could barely walk when i woke up this morning. She first massaged my mom's neck and back, then worked on me for almost an hour. She wasn't too harsh or too soft.
