Gina is wonderful ! I came in with tight shoulders and hips and left feeling on top of the world. Gina's knowledge, deep tissue techniques and hot rocks all hit the spot. Lovely clean, warm and inviting space. As a Yoga teacher I need to look after my body and this is absolutely the best place to do that. Thank you Gina.
First time going to Gina, The complete experience was amazing to say the least and a genuine person that cares best massage I have had! although being heavily pregnant Gina still made me feel comfortable and relaxed this pregnancy I have suffered from bad sciatica pain including lower back, hips and numbness of legs I have walked out feeling alot less tension and alot more circulation 100 % will be going back after baby is born highly reccomend gina !!!
I found Gina quite by accident however have not been disappointed by her treatments. Gina assisted with tailoring treatments to my specific needs and accompanied by her wisdom and humour, our time together is always enjoyable. If you're in need of qualified hands with a little extra magic thrown in, I cannot recommend Gina enough.
Highly recommend Gina 10 out of 10 I have many health issues and have regular massages which are mostly good. I go to many places as I haven't found the one that keeps me going back. Now I have found gina and can't wait till my next appointment 🤗
My body felt so much more relaxed, and I had better movement after my massage with Hands of Essence. I loved the therapeutic benefits of the hot stones which are soothing and grounding. The cupping gave me relief from pain in targeted areas. I felt the benefits for a couple days after. I would highly recommend Gina for her warm regard and professionalism.
