I was so thrilled to spend a day with many staff at the Hamlets. It was clear they are dedicated to learning all they can about how to understand their residents and make home life more enjoyable for them on an individual basis. The team was comfortable, trusting, and genuinely compassionate. The hearts behind the hands here are truly high value.
