From the moment you walk through the doors of The Hamlets, you immediately see and feel the kindness of the entire staff. My mother has been living there for the past two years. When she first moved in, she was not in the best health and was struggling with some senior depression. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Watching my mother settle into her apartment has been one of the most reassuring experiences for our entire family. reading the reviews I thought I would share my experience . This place is awful . DIRTY and all they care about is money . The admin staff think they know more than the Drs and they embarrass themselves with the lack of empathy being a care home .. Lots of conversations with Doctors since my experience . None of them support Hamlets . Their business motto is money and billing the government matters . Don't let anyone you love stay here
