I retained Mr. Hall for legal counsel for my son and payed $500 dollars down towards his service for a matter that happened in February of 2022. Unfortunately, my son passed away in July and I have been a reaching out requesting a refund since his services will no longer be needed. I have gotten nothing but the repeat answer from his secretary Kim each time telling me she will text Mr. Hall and neither of have reached out to resolve this matter.
