I had my scalp consultation. She was able to identify the cause of it. However, she neither sent me documentation of condition nor replied my call and message regarding it. Just focused on selling me her products during the day. Very poor. Wont recommend.

I had a consultation with Shirley at the Institute of Tricology. She did a thorough examination and advised that I had central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA). She gave advice on what to avoid on my scalp and how to treat it. She sent me background research on the condition. Shirley advised me about tests to take with my gp and what supplements were good for me. By avoiding oils on my scalp the tenderness and itch disappeared overnight. My hair has thrived.
I went to see Shirley at a private consultation, and she was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through what was going on and what she steps she recommended I take to resolve my problem. I suffered from Alopecia and it was such a traumatizing time of my life, however Shirley really put my mind at ease. Would 100% recommend her professional approach to any form of hair loss concerns you may have. Thank you so much for all your help.
