Mark in the past has been a great attorney. This time around I was extremely disappointed. Not only did he forget what we talked about on multiple occasions and changed what he said for our initial decision he also forgot my name more than once and even got it wrong twice. I felt extremely unimportant and that I wasted money for a verdict I would have gotten had I gone by myself. Just what a let down.
