Ive been banking with GB&T for over 20 years with multiple accounts. Even though I moved away from Gunnison almost 5 years ago I continue to have an account with GB&T. The red tape and nonsense of these big banks is really annoying sometimes. GB&T is small town service at its finest!!

Very sad about how Manager, Lisa handle the situation with Andrew. Andrew is always at drive-through and he is always in a very bad mood. It seems like he has some thing against people that cannot fully speak English because every time he helps somebody at the drive-through that has an accent he treats them really bad. There is more than six people that have complained against Andrew and he does not change and it seems like manager Lisa is OK with him treating people the way he’s treating them.

I have banked with these guys since moving to the valley, the tellers/clerks are always friendly and personable. I made the mistake of taking my change jar in on a Friday and Tristen never once was annoyed, was friendly and stayed calm even with me holding up the line. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I would recommend anyone in the valley to bank with these guys!
