It has been badly maintained in the 5 years I've lived here. I reported a fault with a shower screen in February and the shower room is worse than it was before while Guinness and MD Group fob me off with excuses for the job not being done properly. The assisted bathroom and shower room have had so many faults it's impossible to know from one day to the next if you can have a bath or a shower. Care is adequate, but so many care managers come and go there is little continuity.
