The staff is great, my grandmother has been here for 4 or so months. I see her all the time, the house keepers are sweet as can be! They keep her room clean and help her with everything. They make sure she gets to doctor appointments on time and call will results after the visit as well. Definitely one of the best nursing homes in shreveport, trust me. Ive been in a few and this BY FAR, is one of the best!

I had my father at this facility for over a year. No complaints from him or the staff . Now it’s my mom’s turn , she went kicking she didn’t want to be there but she needed it. She’s in the 800 hall and I couldn’t say enough praises about the team that takes care of her. From the nurses to the aids the social workers rehab workers . Are all awesome . Any questions I had always got answered. I didn’t have to worry about my mom being here. I know she’s taken care of. Thank you all for your services.

My father has spent a year at The Guest House, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the care he receives. The owner’s kindness and willingness to help our family during his time here is a blessing we will never forget. Chris, the manager, is incredibly visible and hands-on. He's always present, always attentive, and consistently makes sure residents are cared for with respect. The staff treats my dad with patience and dignity, and we are thankful for that.
