Great place had good time
Not off to a good start after moving my step brother to your facility. He's only been there a few days and now you want to move him from a room by himself to a shared room? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Having a room to himself is the only reason I moved him there. Now Rebecca and the Administrator aren't answering my calls regarding this. Not happy! Please take pride in your business - that is how you will succeed!
My family member had a positive rehab experience. The nurses and therapists were caring and professional, and the facility was clean and comfortable. We appreciate their support during the recovery process.
