I was sincerely so excited to visit The Grove for a shopping haul and to explore their merchandise as seen on TikTok. Unfortunately, my experience this morning was far from what I had hoped for. As I was shopping, two employees hovered closely and circled around me multiple times, fixating on my hands and arms without offering any assistance or even a shopping basket despite a few items in my hands that I was fully intending to purchase.
