Such a solid place the selection is always fire and everyone there is so nice and helpful and I just moved super close so I get to walk over now lol
I’ve have gone in a few times in the last 2 months and the service was not good. The girl I got was great, but the men ( I think Tyler ) was cold and rude. Not welcoming at all. It’s a shame since it’s nice place with great stock.
I moved to the area and experienced a tragedy at the same time. I began walking daily and the grove became a staple stop on my walk. Every employee has always been so kind. Remembers my account name (not my public name here). Has helped me find products I like. The store is clean and bright and vibes are always immaculate. I do wish they would price match within a few km or offer discounts for Healthcare workers the way some others in the area do. The Grove has become our go to place, they're knowledgeable, friendly and well stocked. Very nice improvements to the store. I travel from Gatineau and I am happy to support this location. Thank-you
