My dad has lived at the Grove at Trelago for 2 1/2 years. We had a good experience while my dad lived on the apartment side. The staff the cleaning the food was excellent. However, when we moved him over to the memory care a few months ago, the care and cleaning declined significantly. Four weeks ago, I received a call that my dad was being transported to the ER hospital because his oxygen level was at 70%. I arrived about 10-15 minutes after the ambulance.
