“I love working at the grove because the residents we care for and my coworkers are more than that, they are family.”
My 72 year-old grandmother stayed here and was handled with care! Everytime my family came to visit, she would relay to us the funny and nice stories she had while being taken care of by the staff at the Grove! And while we are visiting, the staff always accomadates us as well. We were worried about leaving our grandmother in an assisted living facility, but the Grove has not given us any regrets! Thank you to the staff working there for taking care of my grandmother well!
Understaffed, terrible food, and meds aren't correctly given. Staff is nice, but facility is bad.
This place killed my mom. In 2020, she was there after a procedure so she could rehabilitate. She had been there 3 weeks, and the doctor only came once to see her. We were by her side at all hours of the day and even then we could see they did not care for her properly. When they closed the doors at the start of the pandemic, we know they neglected her. All the staff at The Grove AL is so kind , and friendly to our hospice staff . A special thank you to Maye who has been so helpful, and professional with assisting us in coordinating in services and lunches
