The person at the front desk, was very rude. Her name is Lorena. I specifically asked if i could talk with the Victoria the Social Services assistant, and she gave me a room number. I clarified and said I meant to see the social services assistant and she gave a firm stare as if she was annoyed, and said that is the room of social services. But when I went up the room number she gave, it was apparently a patient's room and the patient was so upset that I knocked at the door.
Great senior living community in Riverside! Beto and his team go above and beyond for their residents... Beautiful rooms with amazing views!
Dec 2025, I moved in to The Grove and was greeted by Alberto, a Director in the Staff. He was very helpful & made me feel welcomed and at home. He introduced me to a caregiver named Andrea "Andy" whom assisted me in getting my things unpacked, put away and answered additional questions. She is truly a delightful young lady. Alberto has been my rock since my arrival .. he has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the care I need. I'm so thankful to have landed at The Grove.
